We are currently looking for an experienced A Level Psychology Tutor to conduct one-to-one online classes for students.
Role Overview :
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Psychology tutor who can confidently teach A Level Psychology and prepare students for their examinations. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain psychological theories, studies, and concepts clearly while developing students' analytical and evaluation skills.
Responsibilities :
- Teach A Level Psychology through one-to-one online sessions.
- Explain psychological theories, concepts, approaches, and research studies clearly.
- Help students develop strong analysis, evaluation, and application skills.
- Assist with homework, assignments, revision, and examination preparation.
- Teach students how to structure high-quality examination answers.
- Provide guidance on research methods and psychological studies.
- Adapt teaching strategies according to each student's learning needs.
- Track student progress and provide feedback when required.
- Conduct engaging, interactive, and academically rigorous lessons.
Requirements Must Have :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or a closely related field.
- Proven experience teaching A Level Psychology.
- Strong understanding of A Level Psychology syllabus content and examination requirements.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Strong ability to explain complex psychological concepts in a simple and structured manner.
- Prior experience conducting online one-to-one classes.
- Stable internet connection, laptop/desktop, webcam, headset, and a quiet teaching environment.
Preferred :
- Experience teaching international students.
- Experience with Cambridge, Pearson Edexcel, or AQA A Level Psychology.
- Experience preparing students specifically for A Level examinations.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online whiteboards.
- Strong understanding of exam techniques, evaluation, and essay writing.
