Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: MG Road, Kochi (Work from Office)
Salary: ₹1.8 LPA – ₹2.4 LPA + Attractive Incentives
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, convert leads into clients, and contribute to the growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and identify new business opportunities.
- Convert leads into clients and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of IT and Digital Marketing services is an added advantage.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
