*Job Summary:*
Delish Interio is looking for a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong site management skills, ensure timely project execution, maintain quality standards, and coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and the internal design team.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
* Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.
* Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines.
* Conduct site measurements and verify work accuracy.
* Manage material delivery, inventory, and usage at site.
* Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to the project manager.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
* Resolve on-site issues efficiently to avoid project delays.
*Required Qualifications & Skills:*
* Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
* 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision.
* Good understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, false ceiling, electrical, and finishing works.
* Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and technical documents.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to travel across project sites in Jaipur.
