Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, payroll, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, GST) and maintain related records.
- Handle basic accounting tasks, including invoice processing, petty cash, expense tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain HRMS, employee data, and office administration.
- Prepare HR, payroll, and compliance reports.
Required Skills
- 1.6+ years of experience in HR Operations, Administration, and Basic Accounts.
- Hands-on experience in payroll, statutory compliance, GST documentation, and petty cash management.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, HRMS, payroll, ERP, or Tally.
- Proficient in MS Excel with strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
