JOB DESCRIPTION OF SALES EXCUTIVE
Enquiry Handling:
- Answer guest call & make note of their requirements
- Update enquiry in the system
- Share event menu & estimated budget as guest requirement
- Follow-up with client with all led’s with specific times
Booking conformation:
- Sit with the client, note there requirements, understand their requirement & come up with solution & closed the deal according
- Discussed with chef regarding event menu
Pre-Event Co-ordination:
- Reconfirm event menu, pax & event time
- Co-ordinate with decorator for event details
- Make FP & provide to all concern departments
Event Planning and Coordination:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Developing event plans, including layouts, menus, and timelines
- Ensuring all event details are accurately documented and communicated
Room Bookings:
- Selling hotel rooms, meeting spaces, and other services
- Group booking or bulk booking
Client Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Addressing client inquiries and resolving issues
- Ensuring client satisfaction with the event experience
Additional Responsibilities:
Marketing and Sales:
- May be involved in marketing banquet facilities and selling event packages
Problem-Solving:
- Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during events to maintain smooth operations
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,905.33 per month
