Role Purpose
We are looking for a high-ownership Full Stack Developer to manage and scale existing group platforms while building new products within the Impel Venture Studio.
This role balances ongoing product maintenance and release planning with high-intensity AI Sprint Weeks—where business concepts are rapidly converted into working products, features, or MVPs. You will work closely with product managers, business teams, designers, and engineering resources across the complete product lifecycle (architecture, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support).
Key Details

Key ResponsibilitiesCore Product Engineering & Lifecycle
- Build, scale, and maintain responsive web and mobile applications across Impel Group platforms.
- Architect robust front-end interfaces, back-end systems, REST APIs, databases, and third-party integrations.
- Translate complex business and product requirements into clean, production-ready software.
- Take end-to-end feature ownership: Development → Testing → Deployment → Monitoring → Issue Resolution.
Operations, Quality & Security
- Collaborate with QA to write unit/integration tests, troubleshoot bugs, and ensure stable production releases.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for reliable, automated, and frequent release cycles.
- Maintain version control via Git and document system architecture and developer workflows.
- Ensure application security, performance optimization, system responsiveness, and data protection standards.
- Maintain and optimize existing server infrastructure, web servers, and third-party integrations.
Project Planning & Visibility
- Participate actively in product planning, technical feasibility reviews, feature prioritization, and sprint planning.
- Maintain real-time development and rollout dashboards to provide progress visibility to Project/Product Managers.
⚡ AI Sprint Weeks (Special Operations)
Impel Group periodically executes high-intensity AI Sprint Weeks to rapidly prototype, build, and launch new products, automations, or major features.
- Execution: Work as part of a dedicated, cross-functional team utilizing AI-assisted development tools and rapid prototyping frameworks.
- Availability: Extended working hours and availability outside standard office hours are mandatory during designated sprint periods.
- Compensation: Additional Sprint Compensation / Incentives are paid separately for designated Sprint Weeks based on scope, duration, and delivery criteria.
- Standard Mode: Outside of Sprint Weeks, the role transitions back to core product releases, scheduled enhancements, system optimizations, and platform maintenance.
Technical Requirements
- Core Stack: 4+ years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js.
- Front-End: Advanced HTML5, CSS3, responsive UI development, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Back-End & Data: REST API design, relational databases (MySQL), and database schema optimization.
- BaaS & Cloud: Hands-on experience with Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Functions, Push Notifications, Analytics).
- DevOps & Tools: Strong command of Git, CI/CD deployment automation, and web servers (Nginx / Apache).
- Security: Solid understanding of authentication patterns, API security, and data protection practices.
- AI-Assisted Engineering (Bonus): Familiarity with modern AI coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar platforms) is a major advantage.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
