Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, activity-based learning experiences
- Build strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
- Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment
- Use storytelling, play-way methods, and experiential learning techniques
- Monitor and document student progress and developmental milestones
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student growth
- Organize classroom activities, events, and celebrations
- Collaborate with other teachers and participate in school initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Graduate with B.Ed. / D.Ed. / Montessori / Early Childhood Education certification
- 2–5 years of experience in Pre-Primary or Primary teaching (CBSE preferred)
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Patience, empathy, and a child-friendly approach
- Ability to handle young children with care and positivity
- Creative in lesson planning and classroom engagement
- Familiar with phonics, foundational numeracy, and activity-based learning
