Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Medical Equipment Sales Division. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in medical equipment sales, with a strong background in business development, customer relationship management, and sales team leadership. The candidate should be based in Chennai or willing to relocate to Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
- Manage and expand sales operations across hospitals, diagnostic centers, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management review.
- Coordinate with service, marketing, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Medical Equipment or Medical Device Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of the healthcare industry and hospital procurement processes.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Currently residing in Chennai.
- Experience in handling sales teams and channel partners.
- Ability to travel extensively for business development activities.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-driven professional.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
