Role Overview As a Social Media Executive, you will manage our social platforms, create engaging content, check performance, and keep our brand voice consistent. Your goal is to increase engagement and support our marketing team. Key Responsibilities ● Plan, manage, and publish content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. ● Create engaging posts, reels, short videos, and campaign content to grow brand reach and engagement. ● Monitor audience interactions, respond to comments/messages and build a strong online community. ● Analyze performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth) and prepare performance reports. ● Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency. Requirements ● Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or any related field. ● 1-2 years of relevant experience in Social Media Management ● Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and digital communication. ● Creative thinking, good communication skills, and attention to detail. ● Knowledge of Canva, basic editing, or content creation tools is an advantage. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
