Client Relationship Manager (CRM)
Location: Hyderabad, Madhapur
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling and networking.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with clients for service requirements and queries.
- Conduct client meetings and visit client locations.
- Draft and send professional emails and business communications.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and proposals.
- Identify client requirements and provide suitable IFM solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare client activity reports.
- Support sales and business development activities.
- Achieve assigned business and client relationship targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, Business Development, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and relevant exposure may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good email drafting and follow-up skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel to client locations.
