About the Role
We are looking for a driven field sales professional to expand our presence across Gujarat. The role focuses on building strong distributor networks and driving B2B sales in industrial segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales across Gujarat region
- Appoint and manage distributors and dealers
- Generate business from mattress manufacturers, furniture units, and packaging industries
- Identify new clients and convert leads into business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in B2B / industrial sales
- Experience in foam or related industry preferred
- Strong understanding of Gujarat market
- Comfortable with field sales and regular travel
- Willingness to travel across assigned territory (own vehicle preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
