Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for increasing sales, identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and increase product sales.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Promote the company's pharmaceutical products.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with existing customers and ensure timely order collection.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc., BBA, MBA Marketing, or equivalent preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales or Business Development.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and marketing abilities.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Good presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Working Days
Monday to Saturday
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
