Key Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in customers and generate sales leads
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
- Explain product features, pricing, and finance options clearly
- Conduct test drives and follow up with potential customers
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain proper customer records and update daily reports
- Coordinate with the finance and delivery team for smooth processing
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship building
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales (mandatory)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of two-wheeler/vehicle segment
- Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
