Job Title: Executive – Post-Sales Documentation
Job Summary
The Executive – Post-Sales Documentation is responsible for managing end-to-end export shipment documentation, ensuring accuracy, timely coordination with internal teams, and seamless communication with customers. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and tracking shipping documents while maintaining records and supporting payment follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify Draft Bill of Lading (BL) in coordination with the documentation team.
- Prepare and process PSIC/CAR documentation.
- Follow up on Original Bill of Lading (OBL) and prepare final shipping documents.
- Conduct quality checks of final documentation before dispatching to customers.
- Prepare and maintain the Direct Payment (DP) list for payment tracking and monitoring.
- Communicate with customers regarding shipment arrivals and follow up on pending documentation or actions.
- Update Customs House Agent (CHA) details and Air Waybill (AWB) numbers in the Amasha’s system.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion and accuracy of post-sales documentation.
- Maintain organized records of shipment documentation and support compliance with company procedures.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of export/import shipping documentation and logistics processes.
- Familiarity with Bills of Lading, PSIC, CAR, OBL, and related shipping documents.
- Strong attention to detail and document accuracy.
- Good communication and customer coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as Bilancio.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
