Key Responsibilities: a) We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 3 years of experience in the General Insurance domain. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analysing processes, and supporting system enhancements across policy administration, claims, underwriting, and related insurance operations. Key Responsibilities: a) Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. b) Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, and process flow documents. c) Work closely with underwriting, claims, policy servicing, and operations teams. d) Understand end-to-end General Insurance processes (Policy Lifecycle, Claims Management, Renewals, Endorsements). e) Conduct gap analysis and suggest process improvements. f) Coordinate with development teams for requirement clarification and UAT support. g) Support system implementations, enhancements, and digital initiatives. h) Participate in UAT, defect tracking, and production support. i) Ensure compliance with regulatory and IRDAI guidelines (if applicable). j) Prepare reports, dashboards, and MIS documentation as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: a) Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field. b) 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the General Insurance domain. c) Strong understanding of: Policy Administration Systems (PAS) Claims Management Systems Underwriting processes Motor/Health/Property Insurance products Experience in Agile / Waterfall methodologies. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
