Position: SPM Assembly Technician
Experience: 0–5 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical, Fitter, Mechatronics or related field)

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble SPM machines and automation equipment as per drawings.
- Read and understand mechanical assembly drawings.
- Fit mechanical components, shafts, bearings, cylinders, motors, and linear guides.
- Perform drilling, tapping, alignment, and fitting activities.
- Support machine installation and trial run activities.
- Check dimensions and ensure assembly quality standards.
- Coordinate with production and design teams for assembly requirements.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workplace cleanliness (5S).
- Follow safety procedures during assembly work.
Skills Required
- Mechanical assembly knowledge.
- Drawing reading skill.
- Hand tools and measuring instruments handling.
- Basic pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge preferred.
- Problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn SPM machine assembly.
Preferred
- Experience in SPM / automation machine assembly is an added advantage.
- Freshers with ITI or Diploma can also apply.
