Profile Summary:
The Administration Manager will oversee end-to-end administrative operations including facility management, contract governance, compliance adherence, office security, vendor management, and workplace experience. The role ensures seamless functioning of office infrastructure in alignment with GRC frameworks and business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Agreement & Contract Management
- Manage lifecycle of contracts: lease, vendor agreements, AMCs
- Track renewals, ensure compliance, maintain centralized repository
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement
Office & Facility Management
- Oversee housekeeping, security, pantry, utilities, workspace planning
- Ensure optimal utilization of office infrastructure and resources
- Maintaining office Infrastructure: in alignment with IT or respective stakeholders
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain audit-ready documentation (ISO/SOC2 readiness support)
- Ensure compliance under Shop & Establishment Act
Lease & Statutory Compliance
- Manage lease agreements, renewals, and coordination as and when required
- Ensure statutory registrations and compliance adherence
Security & Safety
- Implement access control, CCTV, visitor management
- Conduct fire drills, safety audits, risk assessments
Vendor Management
- Onboard and manage vendors; track SLAs and performance
- Handle negotiations, invoicing, and service delivery
Events & Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute events, townhalls, offsite, celebrations with full ownership & accountability
- Coordinate logistics and vendor execution
Budgeting & MIS
- Manage admin budgets and cost optimization
- Provide MIS reports and dashboards to leadership
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
