Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Sales Executive – Interior Designer who can combine sales expertise with interior design knowledge to understand client requirements, generate business, and deliver customized design solutions. The candidate will be responsible for client handling, space planning, design presentations, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet prospective clients and understand their interior design requirements.
- Generate leads through references, site visits, calls, and online inquiries.
- Prepare design concepts, mood boards, and space planning ideas.
- Coordinate with clients to finalize layouts, materials, colors, and furnishings.
- Present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and execution staff.
- Conduct site visits and provide project updates to clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep updated with current interior design trends and materials.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Knowledge of interior design concepts and space planning
- Client handling and negotiation abilities
- Creativity and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or design software
- Ability to pitch multiple clients and convert revenue.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in interior sales/design consultation preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and design interest may also apply
