Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget performance campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- LinkedIn Ads & other paid platforms
- Drive quality leads, conversions, sales, and ROI through data-backed strategies
- Scale campaigns aggressively while maintaining CPL/CPA targets
- Perform audience research, funnel optimization, A/B testing, and retargeting
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, GTM, etc.
- Create and optimize landing page strategies for better conversion rates
- Monitor pixel events, tracking, attribution, and conversion APIs
- Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated with latest algorithm changes, trends, and ad policies
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ads
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns with measurable results
- Deep understanding of funnels, attribution, and performance metrics
- Expertise in:
- ROAS
- CPA/CPL Optimization
- Retargeting
- Conversion Tracking
- Pixel & Analytics Setup
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under targets and fast-paced environments
- Experience handling multiple brands/accounts is a plus
Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of Shopify/WooCommerce
- Email marketing & automation
- Creative strategy understanding
- Basic SEO knowledge
- AI tools for ad optimization & creatives
