About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our recruitment function. The incumbent will be responsible for developing hiring strategies, managing large-scale recruitment operations, building high-performing TA teams, and partnering with business leaders to meet workforce requirements across multiple functions and locations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy for voice, non-voice, customer support, sales, operations, support functions, and leadership hiring.
Drive large-scale volume hiring and workforce planning to support business growth and ramp-up requirements.
Partner with senior business stakeholders to understand hiring forecasts, manpower planning, and talent requirements.
Build and manage a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, ensuring productivity, quality, and hiring target achievement.
Establish recruitment KPIs, dashboards, and governance mechanisms to monitor hiring performance and TAT adherence.
Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, campus hiring, and alternate talent channels.
Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate attraction and engagement.
Oversee recruitment budgets, vendor management, and recruitment process optimization.
Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Lead offer management, salary benchmarking, negotiations, and onboarding governance.
Analyze recruitment metrics and present actionable insights to leadership.
Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices across the recruitment function.
Collaborate with HRBP, Operations, Training, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless workforce management.
Criteria Desired Candidate Profile;-
8 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within BPO, BPM, Contact Center, Customer Support, or Shared Services industries.
Proven experience in leading high-volume recruitment teams and managing large hiring mandates.
Strong exposure to stakeholder management, workforce planning, and recruitment strategy.
Experience in managing recruitment teams, team leaders, and recruiters.
Strong understanding of BPO hiring dynamics, communication assessments, salary benchmarking, and shift-based hiring.
Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and recruitment marketing.
Excellent leadership, people management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment MIS, dashboards, and reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
