Job Descriptions of Customer Relationship Executive- Sales & Service:-
- Customer Service & Experience: Greet customers, address service queries, and provide support throughout the after-sales process.
- Service Scheduling: Handle inbound service inquiries, schedule appointments, and perform follow-up calls for service reminders.
- Feedback & Retention: Actively solicit post-service feedback, handle complaints, and develop strategies to improve customer loyalty.
- Data Management: Maintain, update, and secure customer records and records of transactions in the company database.
- Internal Coordination: Work with service departments to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
