We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager – Premium Real Estate to lead high-value property sales including luxury flats, plotted developments, and commercial spaces. The candidate must have strong closing skills, HNI client handling experience, and a deep understanding of the local real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of premium flats, luxury villas, plotted developments, and commercial properties
- Generate and manage leads (walk-ins, digital leads, channel partners, referrals)
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
- Close high-ticket deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI & NRI clients
- Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for smooth deal closure
- Ensure proper documentation (Agreement to Sell, Allotment Letter, etc.)
- Recruit and manage a team of sales executives (if applicable)
- Develop channel partner network
- Monitor competitors and market trends
- Achieve minimum monthly booking value target (e.g., ₹2–5 Cr depending on project)
- Maintain conversion ratio above industry benchmark
- Increase repeat and referral business
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience in premium/luxury real estate sales
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations (RERA, registry process, PLC, etc.)
- CRM handling experience
- Ability to manage HNI clientele
