Role: HR Associate
Experience: 0.6 Months to 3yrs
Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Associate with experience to support our internal hiring. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting with people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other channels
- Conduct initial screening with Telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-up with candidates and panel members
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Immediate joiners
- Coimbatore candidates ( Preferably near to Kaniyur )
Shift Timing : 10.00 am to 7.00 pm.
Current Location: Near KMCH, Avinashi Road, Coimbatore (First 3 months)
