Job Profile: Solar Installation Manager
We are seeking an experienced Solar Installation Manager to oversee the execution and installation of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, installation teams, project timelines, quality standards, safety compliance, and successful project commissioning.
Experience
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in installation and execution of rooftop and ground-mounted utility-scale solar projects.
- Experience in managing site activities, installation teams, and project commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee solar project installation and execution.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress and resolve site-related issues.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of solar PV installation practices and electrical systems.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and SLDs.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
Qualifications
- B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Additional certifications in Project Management or Solar Energy will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
