Key Responsibilities
- IT Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various IT positions such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, Data Analysts, Network Engineers, System Administrators, DevOps Engineers, and other technical roles.
- Understand technical job requirements and prepare accurate job descriptions.
- Candidate Sourcing
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment databases to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Screening & Assessment
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, technical exposure, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with hiring managers.
- Interview Coordination
- Schedule and manage interview processes between candidates and technical teams.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Provide regular recruitment status updates and hiring reports.
- Offer Management
- Negotiate compensation packages within approved budgets.
- Prepare offer letters and manage the joining process.
- Onboarding Support
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and documentation.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Recruitment Database Management
- Maintain candidate records, interview feedback, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Employer Branding
- Promote the organization's employer brand through social media, job fairs, campus drives, and networking events.
- Enhance candidate engagement and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and organizational information.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
