We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Engineer to oversee project execution, quantity surveying, billing, planning, and coordination activities for construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of civil construction, project management, cost control, contract administration, and client/contractor coordination to ensure successful project delivery within budget, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor day-to-day site execution activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare and verify quantity take-offs, measurements, and BOQs.
- Handle client billing, contractor billing, certification of invoices, and reconciliation of quantities.
- Monitor project costs, variations, change orders, and budget utilization.
- Track project progress and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues arising during construction.
- Support procurement activities by reviewing material requirements and vendor quotations.
- Monitor resource utilization, productivity, and project milestones.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and forecasting using project management tools.
- Maintain project documentation, records, and contractual correspondence.
- Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions to minimize delays and cost overruns.
Experience - 7-10 years of Experience
Educational Qualification - BE/Btech in Civil Engineering
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
