Job Responsibilities-
- Source and screen candidate profiles from job portals and social media platforms.
- Contact candidates through calls and messages regarding job opportunities.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and the HR team.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Submit daily work reports and achieve assigned recruitment targets.
Eligibility
- Masters in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
