BLR Brewing Co. is a fast-growing hospitality brand known for delivering exceptional food, beverages, and customer experiences. We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team and grow with us.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records.
- Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
- Support invoice processing and vendor payment tracking.
- Reconcile bank statements and petty cash.
- Maintain financial documents and accounting records.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation (basic level).
- Support month-end closing activities and report preparation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with Tally, MS Excel, or accounting software is an advantage.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
