Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Clinical Assessment
● Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and define functional goals.
● Perform gait analysis and biomechanical evaluations for digital design inputs.
● Assess ROM, muscle strength, stump condition, and suitability for 3D workflows.
● Document all clinical insights within the digital patient management system.
2. 3D Scanning & Digital Prescription
● Capture patient limb geometry using 3D scanning technology with high accuracy.
● Provide precise measurements and digital inputs to eliminate manual casting errors.
● Facilitate seamless transition between clinical assessment and digital design.
3. CAD Collaboration & 3D Fabrication Integration
● Review CAD models generated by clinical designers and AI-based systems.
● Validate digital modifications aligned with clinical objectives and patient comfort.
● Coordinate with the 3D printing and quality assurance teams for optimal fabrication outcomes.
4. Fitting, Alignment & Patient Training
● Conduct static and dynamic fitting of 3D-printed sockets.
● Perform alignment adjustments to ensure biomechanical accuracy and comfort.
● Provide comprehensive patient education on device care, usage, and rehabilitation.
5. Documentation, Reporting & Communication
● Maintain detailed digital records of assessments, fittings, and follow-ups.
● Communicate effectively with clinical designers, engineers, physicians, and patients.
● Participate in multidisciplinary discussions, case reviews, and performance audits. 6. Technology Integration & Continuous Development
● Engage with new developments in digital prosthetics, AI algorithms, and materials research.
● Support validation of new socket design models, fabrication techniques, and workflow enhancements.
● Contribute to ongoing clinical trials, R&D initiatives, and data-driven improvements.
Required
● Bachelor’s / Master’s / Diploma in Prosthetics & Orthotics from an RCI-recognized institute.
● 1–5 years of clinical experience (fresh postgraduates with strong tech interest may be considered).
● Strong understanding of prosthetic gait, biomechanics, and alignment principles.
● Proficiency in clinical assessment, measurement, and patient handling.
● Basic digital literacy and willingness to work with 3D scanning and CAD systems.
● Strong communication skills in English and local regional language.Understanding of laminated sockets, suspension systems, and orthotic bracing.
● Interest in automation and precision-driven digital fabrication.
● Willingness to travel for camps, training, and outreach activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
