Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ELV and security systen solutions
- Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, networking, referrals and online platorms.
- Meet builders, contractors, architects, consuktants, facility managers and corporate client to understand their requirements
- Cordinate with backoffice team to prepare proposals, BOQs and Quotations
- Followup on submitted quotations and negotiate commercial terms to secure business
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales target set by management
- Maintain strong relationship with existing and identify opprtunities for upselling and cross selling
- monitor market trends, competitor activities and uocoming projects with the assigned territory
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads and sales activities through CRM or reporting system
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, Access control, Biometric attendance systems, fire alarm system, networking and structured cabling (Prior experience is not mandatory; training will be provided)
- Ability to understand technical proposals, BOQ and customer requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including EXCEL, WORD and POWERPOINT
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently and achive sales target
- Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meeting and site visists
Qualifications required
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
