We're looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Study Abroad division and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch operations
- Lead and motivate the counselling team
- Achieve branch admission and revenue targets
- Counsel students on international education opportunities
- Monitor team performance and improve conversions
- Ensure high-quality student service and branch productivity
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in the Study Abroad/Overseas Education industry
- Proven experience in admissions counselling and team handling
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
