Community Mobiliser
Location: As per project requirement
Experience: Minimum 6 months in community mobilization, field outreach, NGO, skill development, education, or livelihood projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits, community meetings, and awareness campaigns.
- Mobilize youth, women, and community members for skill development and livelihood programs.
- Counsel candidates and support enrolment processes.
- Coordinate with Panchayats, SHGs, schools, colleges, and local stakeholders.
- Maintain mobilization records, beneficiary data, and field reports.
- Support documentation, success stories, and project activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate preferred (12th Pass with relevant experience may apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and work extensively in the field.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Forms, WhatsApp).
