Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new corporate clients and maintaining long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in business development, lead generation, client acquisition, corporate sales, and account management. If you have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Understand customer business needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM software.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, SaaS, IT, Telecom, Logistics, Fintech, Manufacturing, or Industrial Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and close deals.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
