Aerobix is Kerala’s first tech-integrated fitness studio, focused on transforming fitness experiences through innovation, coaching, and community.
We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to convert leads into memberships through calls and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with incoming leads and inquiries
- Explain Aerobix programs, memberships, and offers
- Convert leads into admissions/memberships
- Maintain lead records and follow-up status
- Coordinate with the sales and front office team
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
- Prior telecalling/sales experience is preferred

Pay: ₹8,497.77 - ₹30,743.49 per month
