Role of Position :
As an Architect at Nestable, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the development of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with engineers, and construction teams to ensure that designs are functional , aesthetically pleasing and compliant with all the regulations. Your role will be pivotal in delivering high quality architectural solutions that align with our company’s standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
Design Development : Assisting in the preparation of architectural designs and construction drawings, focusing on prefab building systems.
Coordination : Work closely with structural engineers, mechanical engineers and other professionals to integrate various systems into the architectural designs. Coordinating with suppliers and fabricators to ensure that materials and components meet project specifications and quality standards. Participating in meetings with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and refine design concepts.
Documentation : Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications and reports using CAD software and other design tools. Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, including architectural drawings, material specifications and schedules. Contributing to the development of project presentations, reports and construction documents.
Site Visits & Quality Control : Conduct site inspections as and when required and resolve any design related issues. Participating in site visits to monitor the assembly and installation of prefab units, ensuring quality and adherence to design specifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
