Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Area Sales Executive to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and manage customer relationships within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, managing distributors and retailers, and ensuring excellent customer service while contributing to the company's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
- Identify and acquire new dealers, distributors, retailers, and institutional customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly visit distributors, retailers, and key accounts to monitor sales performance and address customer needs.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective merchandising across the assigned market.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and provide regular market intelligence to management.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer support.
- Manage order collection, payment follow-ups, and outstanding receivables within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations, promotional activities, and dealer meets to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, market visit reports, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing guidelines, and reporting requirements.
- Mentor and support junior sales executives, if required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
