KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage prospective customers through calls & virtual interactions
- Understand requirements & recommend solutions
- Counsel customers and drive sales conversions
- Build strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly & quarterly targets
- Maintain CRM records and customer interactions
