Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to handle customer queries related to finance services and provide excellent support through calls, emails, and chat. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
- Assist customers with finance-related queries, account information, transactions, and service requests.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining service quality standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and process guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Meet individual and team productivity targets.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Eligibility Criteria
- PUC / 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
