Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE)
Experience: 10–15 Years
Industry: Heavy Fabrication / Engineering Manufacturing (Mandatory)
Location: Chakan, Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and generate enquiries from industrial customers.
- Handle RFQs, quotations, techno-commercial discussions, and order negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, and Purchase teams for project execution.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and support business growth initiatives.
- Travel for customer visits, meetings, and business development activities.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Heavy Fabrication, Trailer Manufacturing, Structural Steel, or Engineering Industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Knowledge of costing, commercial terms, and project-based sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
