Key Responsibilities
Business Development Sales
Develop new business opportunities in Wire Harnessing solutions
Generate and convert leads from medium and large manufacturing companies
Drive revenue growth through strategic customer acquisition
Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Customer Management
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Understand customer technical and commercial requirements
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Increase wallet share from existing customers
Market Expansion
Technical Commercial Coordination
Understand customer drawings, BOMs, and wire harnessing requirements
Work closely with production and engineering teams
Participate in technical discussions and customer meetings
Support quotation preparation and commercial negotiations
Candidate Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
5 to 10 years of Sales Experience
Mandatory experience in Wire Harnessing Sales
Strong exposure to B2B industrial sales
Experience in handling medium to large manufacturing customers
Good communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of wire harnessing components and applications
Understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial sales
Ability to independently generate and close business opportunities
Relationship-building capability with OEMs and manufacturing companies
Exposure to strategic and high-volume sales
Preferred Industry Background
