Job Summary:
We are hiring an energetic and target-driven Inside Sales Specialist to recruit Insurance Sales Advisors. The role involves sourcing, calling, screening, counseling, and onboarding candidates while achieving recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for Insurance Sales roles.
- Make outbound calls to explain business opportunities and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment databases and daily MIS.
- Ensure maximum candidate engagement and joining conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Insurance Sales.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Strong target orientation and ability to handle high-volume calling.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
