Job Title: Business Development Associate (Inside Sales)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate with strong expertise in inside sales and call handling (inbound & outbound). The ideal candidate should be confident in sales conversations, capable of pitching products effectively, and able to convert leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and qualify leads
- Call potential leads provided via performance marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer needs and pitch relevant skincare products.
- Follow-up on cold and warm leads regularly to ensure high conversion.
- Explain product features, benefits, usage, and offers clearly.
- Maintain a daily call and conversion tracker using CRM or Excel.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Resolve queries and objections professionally and confidently.
- Coordinate with the marketing and logistics team for smooth customer experience.

- Excellent call-handling and objection-handling abilities
