Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs in food preparation and plating
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Wash and organize kitchen utensils, equipment, and dishes
- Prepare ingredients such as cutting vegetables, marination, and portioning
- Ensure food is prepared according to restaurant standards
- Support smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
- Store food items properly and monitor freshness
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
