What You'll Do
Manage day-to-day business operations.
Coordinate new product launches.
Work on marketing and growth initiatives.
Improve customer experience and support.
Collaborate with designers, manufacturers, and external partners.
Identify problems and proactively implement solutions.
Help build processes that allow the business to scale.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with a high sense of ownership.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
A willingness to learn and take initiative.
Prior startup, marketing, operations, or business experience is a plus but not mandatory.
