We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should possess excellent project planning, task management, stakeholder communication, and risk management skills. This role requires a strong leader who can anticipate challenges, drive execution, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and with high quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
- Effectively manage and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery across the team.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues.
- Identify project risks at an early stage and develop appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
- Escalate risks and issues to stakeholders when required and drive resolution through effective collaboration.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of project activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify the appropriate stakeholders for project decisions, dependencies, and issue resolution.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and progress reporting.
- Ensure clear and timely communication across all project participants.
- Track project metrics, resource utilization, and delivery timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes.
- Demonstrate proactive leadership by anticipating project needs and following up on action items without waiting for reminders.
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and ownership within the project team.
Requirements
- 9+ years as a Project Manager.
- Proven experience managing software development or digital transformation projects.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, and task management skills.
- Excellent risk identification, analysis, mitigation, and issue management capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and business functions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to make informed decisions and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project environments.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Confluence, or similar tools.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
