Job Summary
We are looking for a Purchase Executive who can efficiently handle procurement activities and vendor coordination. The role requires working on both routine purchasing and project-based procurement requirements, ensuring timely delivery, cost optimization, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and ensure smooth communication
- Handle vendor management, including performance evaluation and compliance checks
- Coordinate with internal teams for project-based procurement requirements
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to ensure cost efficiency
- Ensure timely delivery of materials/services as per project timelines
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and vendor details
- Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement accordingly
- Ensure quality standards and resolve any vendor-related issues

- Analytical mindset for cost comparison and vendor evaluation
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
