Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and versatile Attender cum Driver to join our team at our Ayurveda hospital. In this dual role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of patients, guests, and staff, as well as assisting with daily hospital operations and patient care support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving Duties: Safely operate hospital vehicles for patient pick-ups/drops, staff transit, and running official errands (purchasing medicines, supplies, etc.). Maintain the vehicle in clean, roadworthy condition and manage routine maintenance schedules.
- Attender Duties: Assist patients with mobility needs, guide them to treatment rooms, and support the clinical and administrative staff with daily operational tasks.
- Hospital Support: Help maintain cleanliness and orderliness in patient areas, manage shifting of equipment or supplies, and assist in the pharmacy or front desk when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid commercial/passenger driving license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience as a driver or hospital attender is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate attitude toward patients.
- Familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting or assisting patients.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
