We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in estimation, billing, and site management. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, cost control, and coordination with site teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimations and BOQs for civil projects
- Handle client billing, subcontractor billing, and quantity take-offs
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress, cost control, and material usage
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations
- Assist in tendering and contract management activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in construction projects
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software
Preferred:
- immediate joining
- candidates from or willing to relocate to Kochi preferred.
