Job Summary:
We are seeking a CNC Operator with experience in machining valve and fitting components. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts such as ball valves, gate valves, pipe fittings, and related components as per technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC Turning / VMC machines for valve and fitting components
- Machine parts like valve bodies, stems, bonnets, flanges, and connectors
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications
- Set up tools, offsets, and job parameters as per job requirements
- Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, thread gauges, plug gauges)
- Perform in-process and final inspection of components
- Maintain required surface finish and tolerances
- Monitor tool wear and replace tools when required
- Maintain production records and achieve daily targets
- Follow quality standards and safety procedures
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in CNC machining (Valves & Fittings preferred)
- Experience in machining materials like SS, MS, Brass, and Alloy Steel
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc / Siemens / Haas preferred)
- Understanding of threads (NPT, BSP, BSPT) and fittings standards
- Ability to read technical drawings and tolerances

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
