About the Internship:
CarCall is looking for energetic, confident, and performance-driven Business Development & Field Marketing Interns to support retailer onboarding, direct product sales, and business expansion activities across the automotive ecosystem.
This internship is ideal for candidates interested in practical exposure to sales, marketing, startup growth, business development, and real-world field execution.
You will work directly on on-ground expansion activities, market outreach, customer acquisition, and relationship building while gaining hands-on startup experience in a fast-growing environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Visit automotive-related businesses and retailers
- Pitch CarCall products and services to business owners and decision-makers
- Assist in retailer onboarding and partner relationship development
- Drive direct product sales and customer acquisition activities
- Generate leads and identify high-potential business opportunities
- Support offline branding, activation, and awareness campaigns
- Collect customer feedback and market insights for business improvement
- Maintain daily reports for field visits, sales, onboarding, and leads generated
- Collaborate with the operations and growth team to improve market expansion
Performance KPIs May Include:
- Number of retailer onboardings
- Direct product sales achieved
- Daily business visits completed
- Lead generation and conversion rate
- Activation and relationship management performance
